Learn to cover cakes in fondant and create spectacular accents and hand-shaped flowers using easy-to shape fondant and gum paste.  In this class, you'll learn to make calla lilies, carnations, ruffle borders, daisies, roses, mums, and beautiful realistic bows for your cakes!

For your convenience, below is a Class Supply Sheet for Course 3.  Please be sure to obtain all items listed on the supply sheet before coming to class.

You need to come prepared for all lessons, including the first one.
